“… I was really proud of myself yesterday. I had a really sick pt who really was a cardiac pt with the tiniest SAH bleed. But he was in cardiogenic shock and started the shift off stable, but decompensated later. I was able to start so many new drips with my team and delegate appropriately. He had a fib with runs of vtach and eventually we were able to stabilize him again and transfer him to cardiac icu right before shift change… he was a lot of work.
