Can I cancel my membership anytime?
Yes! You can cancel anytime and retain access until the end of your current paid subscription period.
Are there any refunds?
Due to the digital nature of this membership, there are no refunds. Please make sure All-Access is right for you before purchasing.
Do I have to be a new nurse to enroll?
Nope! While a lot of our content is created with new nurses in mind, nursing students, experienced nurses, and nurse leaders are welcome, too.
Can I take more than one course at a time?
Absolutely! Your pass includes access to all the courses in the FreshRN library, so you can explore different topics as needed, and work through the material at your own pace.
What happens to my courses if I cancel?
You'll keep access until the end of your current paid subscription period. After that, your membership, and therefore course access ends.
Is All-Access worth it if I only want one course?
If you're only interested in one specific FreshRN course, purchasing it individually may make more sense since individual course purchases come with lifetime acccess. All-Access is best for nurses who want to explore multiple courses without purchasing them separately. For a list of our current individual courses, click here.
What's the difference between All-Access and Full Dose?
All-Access is a monthly or annual subscription to the FreshRN course library. Full Dose is a separate one-time purchase option that provides lifetime access to the entire FreshRN library of courses.
How much time do I need each week?
That's entirely up to you! Our courses are all self-paced, so you can work through a full course or focus on the topics most relevant to you right now.
Do you provide any NCLEX prep material?
No, there isn't any NCLEX-specific content in this membership. If you're looking for NCLEX prep, we recommend checking out a resource like Nursing.com.
Do any of these courses include continuing education (CE) credits?
No, our courses do not currently offer continuing education (CE) credits. We previously offered CEs with our courses, but noticed that very few students actually claimed them, so we decided not to renew them. Our focus is still the same though: providing practical nursing education that helps you feel more prepared and confident at the bedside!
